1. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your data is secure.
When will my order be charged? Your card is charged at the time the order is placed (or when the item ships for pre-orders/backorders).
Do you charge sales tax? We collect and remit sales tax where required by US state law. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. (Note: Some states have exemptions — check your local rules.)
2. Shipping & Delivery (United States)
Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (continental US only).
- Standard shipping: $5.99 (3–7 business days).
- Express shipping: $12.99 (1–3 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
How long does shipping take?
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM EST usually ship the same day.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Express: 1–3 business days (not guaranteed during peak seasons/holidays).
How can I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status in My Account > Orders.
What if my package is delayed or lost? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at aizaznaseer786@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Sale/final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I start a return?
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order and choose "Return item".
- Print the prepaid return label (if eligible) or use your own shipping method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Do you offer exchanges? Yes! Exchanges for size/color are free (if item is in stock). Use the return portal to request an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Send us photos within 7 days of delivery to aizaznaseer786@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
How do I get a refund? Refunds go back to your original payment method. Gift cards/store credit refunds are issued instantly.
4. Products & Sizing
How do I know what size to order? Check the product page for detailed size charts. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us your measurements!
Are your products authentic/original? Yes, all products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers/manufacturers.
Can I cancel or modify my order? Contact us immediately at aizaznaseer786@gmail.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to cancel or modify it.
5. Account & Other Questions
How do I create an account? During checkout or go to My Account to sign up. Benefits include order tracking, faster checkout, and wishlists.
Do you offer gift cards? Yes, digital gift cards are available — purchase here [link to gift card page if you have one].
