We know how exciting it is to await your new Urban Luxury piece. Here's everything you need to track your order and know exactly when to expect it.

How to Check Your Order Status

  1. Log in to Your Account (Recommended – shows full details)
    • Visit [your domain]/account (or click "My Account" in the top menu after logging in).
    • View your complete order history, current status, estimated delivery, and details.
    • If you created an account during checkout, use the same email to sign in (passwordless option available—just enter your email for a secure code).
  2. Use Your Order Confirmation Email
    • Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for "Your Urban Luxury Order #[order number]".
    • Click the "Track Your Order" button/link inside the email—it takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page.
    • Once shipped, you'll receive a separate "Your Order Has Shipped" email with the tracking number and carrier details.
  3. Track Directly with Your Tracking Number
    • Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
    • Enter it below or visit the carrier's site:
      • US Domestic: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (link provided in email).
      • International: DHL, FedEx, or UPS (depending on destination).

Order Status Meanings

  • Processing — Your order is being prepared and packed (typically 1–3 business days).
  • Shipped — Handed to the carrier; tracking becomes active.
  • In Transit — On its way to you.
  • Out for Delivery — Expected today or tomorrow.
  • Delivered — Signed for or left at your address (check door/porch/neighbor).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days standard; 1–3 express (after processing).
  • International: 5–14 business days standard; 2–5 express (customs may add time). Times are estimates—carrier delays or customs can affect arrival.
