At Urban Luxury, we strive to deliver your premium purchases promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for orders placed on urbanluxury.com (or your store domain).
1. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you via email if there's any delay.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not currently available. Please check back for updates.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times We partner with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for secure delivery. All times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping — Free on orders over $150 USD (otherwise $8–$15 based on weight/location). Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping — $20–$35 (calculated at checkout). Delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high demand, or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Taxes, duties (if any), and handling fees are not included in shipping costs. Free shipping thresholds and rates are subject to change without notice.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Track your package directly via the carrier's website.
6. Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after handover to the carrier. Contact the carrier directly for claims. For damaged shipments: Inspect upon arrival. Report issues within 48 hours with photos to aizaznaseer786@gmail.com for assistance.
7. Address Changes We cannot change shipping addresses after an order ships. Verify your address at checkout to avoid issues.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Urban Luxury purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges under the terms below. This policy applies to US orders only.
1. Return Window You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. The return period starts when your order is delivered (not shipped).
2. Eligibility and Condition To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
- Include the original invoice/receipt.
- Items must not show signs of wear, alterations, perfume, odors, or damage from improper care.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or hygiene-related items (for health reasons).
- Gift cards or digital products.
4. Return Process

- Pack the item securely in original packaging.

- Refunds issued to the original payment method.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
