At Urban Luxury, we are committed to your satisfaction with our premium selection of luxury fashion and accessories. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
1. Return Window Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking). The return period begins upon delivery, not shipment.
2. Eligibility and Item Condition To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags, labels, protective coverings, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including any dust bags, boxes, shoe bags, or authenticity cards (if applicable).
- Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, use, odors, stains, alterations, missing tags/labels, or damage from improper handling will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (except if defective or damaged upon arrival):
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page or order confirmation).
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, undergarments, or hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons).
- Gift cards, e-gift cards, or digital products.
- Items without original tags/packaging or that appear used/worn.
4. Return Process
- Email us at aizaznaseer786@gmail.com within the 30-day window to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number, item(s), and reason. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent protective box) to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package using a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival).
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5–10 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. (Your bank/credit card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective), we will refund original shipping and provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
- No cash refunds for gift purchases—store credit may be issued instead.
6. Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for size, color, or style (subject to availability). Follow the return process above and specify the desired replacement item. If the exchange item costs more, you'll pay the difference; if less, we'll issue a refund or store credit for the difference.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aizaznaseer786@gmail.com with photos and details. We will arrange a full refund (including original shipping) or replacement at no cost to you, and provide return instructions/prepaid label.
8. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or appear fraudulent/abusive.
